This Privacy Policy explains what Slow Sync collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Slow Sync is operated by BluePigFilm and is currently a free service.

• Uploaded photos — the image file you submit for the reference library.
• Photographer credit — the photographer name and optional Instagram handle you provide with an upload.
• Account information — your email address, login data, and saved boards.
• Usage data — standard technical information such as browser type and pages visited, collected via cookies and analytics.

2. How we use your data

We use uploaded photos and credit information to build and display the reference library, to moderate submissions, and to operate the service. We use account information to authenticate you and provide account features. Usage data helps us understand how the library is used and to improve it.

3. Public credit display

The photographer name and Instagram handle you provide are displayed publicly as credit next to the approved photo. Please do not include private contact details in these fields unless you want them public.

5. Data retention

We keep uploaded photos and their credit information for as long as the photo is part of the library, unless you or we remove it. Account and login data is retained for as long as your account is active. Usage data is retained for a limited period in aggregated form.
